Refund policy
At Crocsteel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged during transit, we will happily exchange it or initiate a return. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility: Only products damaged in transit/ wrong Product received by the customer are eligible for exchange or return.
Timeframe: The return or exchange must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the returned package.
Process: Once your return is approved, the product will be exchanged, and the corresponding points will be added to your wallet for future use.
Products with removed tags or items missing their original packaging will not be taken back in such cases packaging loss charges will be applicable. Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies, and accessories should be returned.
The product should be unused, undamaged and in original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes.
